1. What's the highest temperature do flexitanks can hold ?
The LLDPE liner can take up to a maximum temperature of 80°C. However, for safety consideration, we recommend Safety Loading Temperature of 65°C and below. Should the product loading temperature fall between 60°C and 70°C, the laden flexitank must remain static for at least 8 hours after loading is completed.
2.What's the loading tolerance of a 20ft container flexitank ?
Our suggested loading tolerance for a 20ft container flexitank is 95%-103%.
3.May i load 20KL of cargos into a 24KL Flexitanks ?
No, If it is not fully loaded, the movement of transportation causes a "wave action" in the liquid inside the flexitank and it can cause a tsunami-like force from within the container. Under-loading will destroy any flexitank.

4.How to select a right flexitank capacity for my shipments ?
Loading weight (measurement metric kg) = capacity of flexitank (in measurement metric L) × density of the stored liquid (in measurement metric kg per L).
5. What are the advantages of bottom loading /bottom discharge(BL/BD) flexitank?
- It is safer since the loaders do not go on top of the flexitank.
- It is more user-friendly and faster in loading and discharge.
6.What is the compatible connection to your flexitank standard full port 3 inch cam lever ball valve?
Hoses ending with 3 inch female cam lever fitting will connect to our valve.
7. Can your PE/PP flexitank be re-used?
Our flexitank is a one-way disposable flexitank. Our insurance will not cover reuse.
8.How long does it take to load the flexitank?
Normally no more than 45 minutes.
9.Do you have an insurance policy in case of leaks?
Yes, we are covered under the USD5 million product liability policy.
